Hard Workers and High Achievers

I know what it is to work hard and strive to be the best. I also know what it can cost you.

Some of my most rewarding work has been with young professionals-high achievers and strivers across banking and finance, technology, professional sports, corporate leadership, and the legal field. I understand the drive to accomplish, to excel, and to keep pushing forward. And I know that, for many people, that drive has served them incredibly well.

I’m not here to tell you to stop striving. In fact, I don’t think I could even if I wanted to. I don’t.

Rather, our work together can be about asking a different question: What would it look like to be successful without losing yourself in the process?

Because sometimes the very qualities that have helped you get where you are can begin to take a toll. You may look successful from the outside while privately feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, or exhausted. You may find yourself striving for perfection, questioning whether you’re really as capable as others believe you are, or feeling like you have to accomplish more before you can finally exhale.

Maybe you have achieved things you once dreamed about, yet something still feels unsettled. Maybe you crave more peace and balance, but aren’t quite sure how to create them without letting go of the ambition that is such an important part of who you are.

And sometimes the impact shows up in your relationships. You may feel disconnected from the people you care about, find yourself struggling to be fully present, or wonder why relationships that matter to you don’t feel as fulfilling as you would like. You may have a strong sense of who you are—or you may be beginning to question whether the person you’ve become is truly the person you want to be.

These are not signs that something is wrong with you. They may simply be invitations to pause, reflect, and understand yourself more deeply.

My role is to provide a space where you don’t have to perform, achieve, or have all the answers. I’m here to listen, support you, and help you explore what you want your life to look and feel like—not just professionally, but personally and relationally as well.

Some young professionals come to therapy with a strong sense of self and identity. Others recognize that there is still room to explore, grow, and discover what matters most to them.

Wherever you are, we can work together to create a life that feels intentional and genuinely your own-one built on self-knowledge, meaningful relationships, balance, and purpose.

You have worked hard to build the life you have.

Therapy can be a place to step back and ask whether that life is also the life you truly want.

Wherever you are in the grand scheme of things, I’m here to help you find and design your own personal path.
